It is a little slow at the shop right now, soooo, I thought I'd show the NAAs I have in stock. I also have a second Ranger II and another Rainbow in the safe. For your viewing pleasure:

I wish a local shop would have that kind of selection...Only other one I've seen in my shop was the pug.

I do too, if I want an NAA Mini, I have to tell my LGS what I want and wait for them to find one to sell me.

My LGS's distributors have them OK just not in the shop.

All shops should carry that much of an assortment...

The problem is business 101 carry and sell the ones with the larger bigger profits along with more expensive ammo sales . Nitch markets won't pay the outrageous rents these days . Frankly were lucky to see any lesser expensive anything out here . Capitalism at its finest here in the states .

Very nice selection there, Gray. I see that you have some other revolvers inside the case. In my area there do not seem to be many revolvers in the shops. i guess most folks want a paramilitary looking firearm, be it handgun or long gun.

grayelky

I'm a little surprised at me for having a many NAAs as I do. Their profit margins is very low.

I do have (on todays market) a very good selection of revolvers. Not as varied as I'd like, but still pretty good. Currently I have a nice Python, a very nice engraved Colt SSA, a couple of nickeled S&Ws and the standard assortment of 2" revolvers, including a Charter Arms in 22 mag.

Best selection of NAA's in any gun store I have ever been in and we have 14 around here.

Some areas are better for sales than others when it comes to weapons as in guns . Some places its pretty dry sales while others are overwhelmed with applicates . In between its a hard life to meek out a living even if your a smithy .Hate to say it but NAA's are no bargain for the shop owner or the buyer , they are stuck in a price-product dilemma for their size of company and any problems with a new model sure doesn't help the bottom line , quality beats demand gotta remember that . Glad they are here but its a strain to stay in competition for them no doubt . This is why maybe Freedom Arms dropped the making of their line of mini's . Just an opinion .

i have become pretty turned off by new guns in general in the last few years. The quality isnt there and the firearms are being shipped with minimal quality control. They expect you to be the quality control. Glock has been the exception. I have never had an issue with a glock and no one i know has.

Getting rid of bad reputations is very difficult in todays non-stop world but a great one will last a very long time even in difficult times . Your right HeyJoe with the quality of these so-called precise weapons , quality control is a must heck look at Boeing now , that's a big ,big hit that going to last a long time especially for the traveler that flys on one , its probably the only thing that people think about these days is their LIVES at stake . Can't blame Boeing by itself though the quality of pilots has a lot to be desired even with training , seems everything has gotten too lax as long as the bucks keep rolling in ..

I like my Charter Arms in .22 mag. Mine is the 4" barrel. I also am a revolver kind of guy...

Wow Gray, I've never seen any NAA selection like your store has.  Way to go!

Grayelky,

Thanks for the picture.

You have what I've been wanting to try.  I've stopped at most LGS in within miles of my house and only found one, which I bought.  I guess it might be cheaper for me to not be near your store!

MtGoat

Any word on the 2.5" Ranger II's?

Well, look at the bright side of the NAA inventory, Grayelky. You can display a whole bunch of them in a very small area of the display case!

Texduk3

nice selection,  not so much around here.

Sometimes it is good to stock a solid firearm even if the margin is a little low. You have a great selection there.

If anyone is tracking, I sold a Rainbow and a standard magnum over the weekend. Also sold one of Ricks pocket "sleeves" and gave a lady an ammo carrier. I love the look of surprise on her face!
