After about three hours now with the Sidewinder I am seeing machining on par with the Break-Top Ranger.  The quality is just outstanding, cylinder so solid, gap between cylinder and barrel very slight.  Is this because this is a more expensive NAA pistol like the Ranger or is this the norm as you go down the line.  I really don't have that much experience with any other NAA besides the Earl.  I like my Earls but this is a cut above, I think again on par with the Ranger.  As with the Ranger I was concern about the outlay of cash with the conversion cylinder, but easily got my money's worth.  Outstanding pistol.  Now on to my third cased set, it certainly deserves it!
