I wonder if I'm the only one who's wondering about exactly how these compare?

I'm the world's biggest fan of the BW/SS/Oversized rubber grips, but have always admired the looks of the oversized rosewood.  So dear wife got me a nice anniversary present!  The oversized rosewood!  (I got her a brand new KEVLAR deck drive belt for her mower in case you were wondering about that).

So here's how they compare.  I thought about posting multiple new threads, one with each pic to up my post count for a new Ranger, but then posted ALL of them.  Even resized, they are too big to fit.  So a few pieces at a time, here they all are.

And on!  They are a little bit "gappy" up at the top against the frame, but actually fit very snug.  No movement at all.  I can live with that.

I prefer the oversized Rosewood grips.  They look so much better than rubber ones.  I also like how they feel in hand better.  I suppose I have always like wood grips for my handguns but these days it seems the younger crowd like plastic better.  :-\

I have rubber one on for the summer, because in the shop I sweat all day. Wood ones go back on when I won't mess up the finish...

I am old and prefer plastic because it works best for me.

I too would take wood grips over the others. A more secure grip with the rubber for the NAA'S for sure. It's odd that the two are slightly different in size. Not sure of there reason for it.
