OK, on top is the rig with the pearl grips and below is the one with the grips I just got, boot grips.  LMK which you feel look better please.

Fits around my upper thigh but not my waist.  I use it for a display and have it hanging on the wall along with other western things like paintings and such.

I am glad, I thought hey looked best too but wanted to know what you all thought.  They aren't a lot of money either, I got boot grips from NAA a while back but they lacked the engraving.  I liked those too but for a consecutive serial numbered set I felt they should be special looking.  :)

Yeah those boot grips are the only real way to make shooting a short manageable to any degree and look great .  :)
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

It kinda depends. When you have true friends and/or family coming over, or for everyday display, go with the boot grips. Whenever "work friends" or such are coming over, switch to the pearl.

I'm not usually don't care for Boot Grips but on the Shorty they look good!

It sure would make getting a "combat grip" a little easier too. 

Yep, my vote is the Boot Grips.

Those are really nice. I was surprised they are "stock" from NAA.  I think my Short & 4" Earl may need some  :)
