I have the 22 Magnum with the conversion cylinder and when firing with the magnum cylinder the cylinder pin sometimes comes loose. Is there a solution to this problem?

Does your revolver have the new rotating pin lock or the old push-button pin lock? I have a number of the old ones and they are more likely to back out during shots. The new design is much better in keeping the pins retained.

I have a 22 mag 1 5/8" barrel. The cylinder pin destroys the notch underneath the barrel and continued to pop out. Sent it back. NAA replaced the barrel and pin. Was not impressed. It's just a poor design.  Put electrical over the barrel and pin to keep it in place.

Well, even my older NAA Minis don't have this trouble.  Maybe I am just in good with God or something.

Sounds like you need to let them know, and send it back.

It has the push-button pin lock.

I have never had that problem when I seated the pin correctly, but the Earl with oversized grips that I carry as a trail gun certainly solves the potential problem.

Just send it in I have not had my mini rev but Guardian 32 and 380 with small problems to have work done they will take care of you.  It just upsetting no worries the crew there will make it right not sure if Wayne Martin is working on Mini Rev anymore send him a Email or call him.  He did all that work on mini rev then when one of the gunsmiths  Carl retired Wayne took over all Guardian and custom shop work very good guy Wayne Martin give him call he  will help you.  Teddy Jacobson a retired pistol smith  speaks  very highly of Wayne Martin coming from Teddy well let just say Wayne is Aces.  Good Luck
