Why can't I respond to personal messages?

I've received a couple of personal messages but don't see any way to respond to them. What am I missing?

On the message you received, there should be a button at the top right that says "REPLY" in the same place where "QUOTE" and "MODIFY" are on a regular post. See on your message above on this page where it says "QUOTE"? Click on "My Message" in the menu just below the Sidewinder on the top left, and find the message, and find "REPLY". Does that help?

There is no Reply button there. The only thing I see is a Delete box.

The number of posts determines the title or whatever it is called. You can see that by other forum member names if you haven't already noticed that. We all went though the same titles.

No, what I meant was that it was funny that I had just reached my post limit by posting the previous couple of posts, in this thread of all places.
