SAN JOSE, CA ? A California city has voted to require gun owners to carry liability insurance in what's believed to be the first measure of its kind in the United States.

The San Jose City Council overwhelmingly approved the measure Tuesday night despite opposition from some gun owners who said it would violate their Second Amendment rights.

The council also voted to require thousands of gun owners in the city to pay a small fee, which would be used for firearm safety education and services such as domestic violence prevention and mental health services.

That San Jose "fee" is $25. I guess all the criminals can claim they're unemployed and get a discount. The new laws start August 1; one gun rights group has already filed a lawsuit.

  OH NO !!! Smokeless you could have gotten , especially in another decade or so , better than a thousand buckaroos for the MM dude . Myself years back , many (50 at least), I shot up a three-four foot Auroura model maker Frankenstein (with chain on rock) window display model that today is beyond worth I figure . The things we do to show our accuracy , myself I could kick myself . It was given to me by an sales executive from the corporation when it was in business . I probably could retire on that piece ,dumbas* me as a teenage kid . The shame engulfs me .

The m&m dude was already damaged OV-1D. We just put it out of its misery, but there?s room for more damage in the future. A friend has about 50 plastic mannequin torsos that we need to get out there. One will end up in the drivers seat before we shoot out the windshield

went out to shoot yesterday 10 degrees had to shoot new 12 home defense gun with red green blue dots 4 different shapes plus put a green laser on it  you wont believe what i paid for semi gun $119 scope @ laser cost more have shot 125 rounds out of it no hiccup 2high brass 123 low brass

I wouldn?t call this a range day, but perhaps a range moment.  Today, while doing some maintenance on my dock, couldn?t stand it, so took 5 shots with my New Sidewinder.  Love this little gun.
