Who has one of these?  These are a holster for the Guardian that the BATFE decided to make an AOW.  I still have in, box and all but don't use it.  I keep it in my safety deposit box so they can't say I use it.

I used to have one of those. It came with my first NAA that I bought back in around 1999, which was a convertible Black Widow. I promptly got rid of it on eBay for about $60, but not without notifying the new owner (in the eBay ad and afterwards) exactly what they were getting "legal-wise". I think the bought the Black Widow for $175, which made the end price quite a steal.

This is how the bump stock should have been handled--it shouldn't be illegal unless you actually install it.

I suspect you don't have to use it. Simply owning both may be enough to run afoul of the law.

As  long as it isn't anywhere it can be installed, it can be owned.  I would gladly like to see a BATFE Agent try to arrest me.  It is in the safety deposit box which is far from easy to install on my sole Guardian.  Asforbump stocks, I  posted this as it was going through the process, no one cared.

Warty; that is not for a Guardian. Note the rounded/rectangular upper hole. That is for the cylinder of a mini revolver. They made them for magnum frames and lr frames.

I have one for the lr frames of which I have never picked one up.

constructive possession....you are correct...Warty...why would you want to see a BATF agent try to arrest you? it wouldnt be my idea of a good time, and not anywhere i would like to make a stand for something i dont use and keep in a safety deposit box.

I see a lot of these wallet holsters on eBay and other places, for several models of gun. IIRC, a few for Guardians.

It is for a Guardian, says so on the box...

I have a lawyer, who is good with stuff about guns, he oldt me to l=keep it in my safe deposit box away from my Guardian to show I don't use it.

As for a BATFE agent arresting me, I have even asked them about owning this, they told me what my lawyer told me.  I have a letter to prove it too, in with the holster in my SDB.

That is correct HeyJoe, I have one of those too for my LCP.

The BATFE is a funny thing, they pass regulations that have the weight of law and the only way to make those go away is the SCOTUS.  I think the BATFE should be done away with along with a few other agencies at that level...

I know its right I said it!
Thats why the constitutional over reach  by the President concerning buttstocks is so egregious. With the stroke of a pen, definitions are changed, interpretations of the law are reversed overnight. People who bought them when they were legal become instant felons, without congressional action. How many owners of buttstocks do you think dont even know they are illegal now. Many people dont follow the news.

Warty; I think the holster is called a Guardian. That item your photo shows is for a mini. If you were to try and fit it to your Guardian auto I can just about guarantee you it would not fit. I do not think NAA even made those types of holsters for the Guardian auto.

I could be wrong but I am just about 100% sure. If I am wrong (cannot see it perfectly through the plastic bag) it would have to be something like what Heyjoe is showing which is perfectly legal to use since it does not hide the gun.
