Good day everyone,

The other day the cylinder pin assembly came apart as per the pics.  At the time, it was in 3 pieces.  I tried to put it back in place and this is where i got.

Will i be ok if i just firmly continue pushing in place, or is there something else going on here?

Cheers,

Erik.

It needs to click into place or it will come out while you're shooting. I'd call NAA support. They'll probably just send you a new one.

Is that some new kind of pin with button on the bottom? I'm not too fond of the button on my .22 short & .22 LR. The ball sometimes won't drop down like it should & it becomes VERY hard to pull the pin out. I'm much happier with the replacement cylinder pin they gave me on my Black Widow.

Comparing to website photos, that little button should be flush with the block, not sticking out. That likely holds the pin in the block.

Doggone, I never noticed that. There is a pin flush with the block on my Black Widow.

Ekire,
First welcome to the forum.

My advise is to call NAA and tell them of the problem. They will probably ask you for the serial # of your piece and send you a new pin assembly.

They may ask you to send the old one back so they can examine it and see if they can correct the problem.

Only one Mini???  Trust me,they will multiply!!!!!!!!!

Welcome Erike.
Pass along your knowledge and gather up some along the way.
Sorry your cylinder pin fell out.
NAA WILL take care of you. They are just about the best folks that I know of running a business.

Thank you everyone for the welcome.

Yes, it is supposed to be flush.  There is a spring inside that provides the tension and locks the pin into the cylinder (its a pull and twist type deal - not sure if all minimasters are the same.)

I did reach out as suggested and chatted with a few folks over email, but haven't heard back in a bit.  Hopefully i hear back.  Not sure if it is more of a challenge being in Canuckland.

Funny, just as i sent that last post, they replied and i have been chatting with them.  They are helping me out, so once again, thanks to you all.
