The main issue with the necking down of the parent cartridge is to make certain that the new shoulder is in the right place.
Not far enough back and the slide will not close fully and the gun will not function.

Too far back and you will have issues with some misfires as the energy of the firing pin may push the round forward in the chamber since the shoulder is not holding it stationary.  Too far back will also result in the brass being over worked.

When forming new cases we call it fire forming the round in the chamber on the first reload.  Usually done at a lower power loading so that the round forms itself to the new chamber.  Once fire formed you know exactly how long that chamber is.  Thus the reason many custom die makers want a fired case to make the dies for reloading.

I have done "Wildcat" rounds for years in my Thompson Center Contenders. Necking up, Necking down and lots of fire forming.
Often times brass has to be trimmed and I did eventually get a powered bross trimmer to speed up my reloading.

Rick is right, it is an hobby that can lead to money diverted from gun purchases...
I tell people they will never save money reloading but they will be shooting a hell of a lot more ammo!

It has become an obsession now to be able to make these.  ;)

I have a some reloading gear from a friends estate I'm handling.

CH4D has dies listed, I'll call today. If they're not in stock; special orders may take up to a year according to their website.  :o

That will give me time to locate powder and primers! lol!

Ammo prices are ridicules not alone specialty ammo's . I'm sure glad I haven't wasted any ammo plinking around , I'm not having as much fun , but it's getting to the point fondling ammo is the thing to do now-a-days . This is how the feds will control our arms by tracking and limiting ammo productions , you watch .
Heck now the Ukrainian civilians are buying and gathering guns and ammo for their stance against the evil Russian hordes . Now lets see if the toothless U.N. will intervene and stop the slaughter of everyday people . That whole area will be a good study of what we here might have to do someday soon but we better have our own food sources though because will be starved out of existence . Stores will be empty no doubt , don't forget pet foods get the real good stuff ,we just might be ending up pushing the hounds aside . Again remember that boy scout motto "Be Prepared" ....................... We need someone to stand up at the plate and be a Paul Revere in a few locations , ha ,ha .  ;) ;) ;) ;)
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

Are these oddball NAA calibers even in a reloading manual? I know some are more complete than others.

I haven't got my hands on one yet so I'm not sure. I have some customers that reload so I'll start there and see maybe one they have will have the spec's.

If not, maybe NAA will have some information?

There is no answer at CH4D but they do have email address' listed.

I've sent an email to Dave (owner) to find out what all I needed to reload for both the .25NAA & .32NAA

The website states it may take 4 to 5 days for an answer. Its just one step closer! lol!

CH4D had the Dies in Stock and Shipped them to me, I have found Small Pistol Primers ($130.00 / 1000)  :o

Found .32 bullets (Barrys 71 grain) not Hollow points but I think they will work ok.  Still looking for .25cal 35 grain bullets

A couple friends that reload are looking for reloading specs. There are some for .32naa but nothing yet for .25naa
