All this talk about cases cracking and key holing, just wonder how many have shot the gun?  I have not.

One of mine has had 5 LR rounds through it.

I have put 160 LR and shorts through mine. No mags yet. Maybe am just lucky, but I have not had any problems. I did have some keyholing at 20-30 feet.

That distance would not be an issue for me, pretty short barrel to stabilize.  That distant is for my Earl or maybe 4" Sidewinder!

Have not shot mine yet but it does look to have almost non existant rifling. Will see how she does at my next visit to the range.

Having to wait to shoot mine. They both went back right after I got them for a variety of reasons.  3 weeks now and still waiting. The 6 month wait was bad enough; this is even worse.  All reports I have seen about people returning guns to them have been glowing so I am  confident they will come back as beautiful as the other mini I own. Anyone know what carrier they you to return them and if you have to be there to sign for them?

I have been shooting mine as often as I can. Five range trips. 50 CCI WMR, 65 Winchester WMR, approx 80 Remington LR, 30 CCI Stinger LR, approx 40 CCI Tactical LR.
I enjoy shooting the SideWinder but I have experienced problems ejecting WMR and have had at least 3 split WMR cases. I have had little or no issues with any of the LR rounds.
looking over some of the photos I took at the ranges I maybe be having some keyholing too with the WMR. The LR targets look like clean punch throws the WMR have ragged holes.

I am going to keep track of the different ammo used and try to relate my issues with specific events. I am going to see if I can find someone to check the specs on the cylinders.

I do not live close to any indoor ranges, so I usually shoot at a family farm. Since it has been a bit nippy here (8 degrees this morning) I will wait until it warms a bit. I am really looking forward to it and enjoy reading about others shooting theirs. Keep posting!

That pretty much the way I would describe mine too, now that you mention it.  And as I discovered yesterday, it key holes with the .22 Mag at 21 feet, which is where I had my target set up.

:) I've shot 1 of mine. 22 mag. Put about 15 rds through it so far. just shot into water, so I don't know about key holing. I used 2 different brands of ammo. Hornady critical defense, and CC maxi-mag hp. the only problem was ejecting the brass. The Hornady was hard to eject, the CCI not so much. I'm going to shoot more rounds this week and keep track.
