Is that a Shorty with those grips?  If so, how did you get them, and can you post a website?

Lots of great pics and note that most have modified their grips.
Understand the need but, as a collector of old spur trigger revolvers, have to say that the CVang and other oversized grips just look so wrong on the Earl based guns.  Oversized boot grips would do a better job of maintaining the 'look'.
Just my opinion of course.

These are new spur trigger revolvers;D

Oh, I forgot to mention the 1-5/8 mini mag with rosewood grips that I have too.  I think the one I'd hold out for is the break-top....I think that's the coup de gras

Pugmeister

Very nice Workman! Great picture.

I really like the hammer.
Hard to beat that stock Pug grip in my opinion.

UncleS2

Looks good! But now I'm confused a bit- should we call it a Pasp or a Wug?  ;)

workman70

Well, it's a Bangers Exclusive Pug, so maybe just a BEP?  I'll just call it what it is I guess...bada$$!

Slap me silly will ya ??? I saw a Wasp the other day for 249 and I thought that was high, I've seen it cheaper but after sxh and FFL fee's 249 at the store was pretty good.

workman70

Can't even find a pug for under $300 these days, cheapest I've seen a magnum for is $219.   $149 would be an excellent deal for a magnum!

No .......................sure sounded legit to me , there are some forum police on here but soon they tend to leave . Didn't see any smily face on the end of your post which ususally denotes chain yanking .  ??? But lets forget it isn't worth the typing , thanks for the practice in come back responces which I pulled for being reasonable .  ::)

They leave until we get a whiner.
I think there are some of them about.
People are getting adjusted to heavily policed forums then they come here and can't handle the freedom.
They MUST have structure.

That's the going price for these as long as shipping don't kill the deal , why the Wasp's everywhere are cheap is the question. Should be able to order from local gun guy at that price anyhow .  :)

Headlight visors on my 51 Chevy Deluxe, these are aftermarket silly length ones.  I just like how they look, but have heard different stories of why they were used.  I was hoping the grips came out the same or similar color to match the car to repaint it, but they are either greenish or bluish and now I plan on painting the car flat black..  :-X

OV-ID - I think it was the photos that first attracted me to this forum a few years back. Just like with books, the topics with photos are more interesting to me.

A very, very beautiful assortment you have there Gebe . Aside from the others that four banger shoots real nice doesn't it with only some hassle pulling spent cartridges , surprisingly easy to hold on to also . :) :)

Thanks OV. Actually that's a long out of production single shot .38 S&W from the now defunct HJS Co. They were the same company that made the 4 barrel .22LR that your referring to. I wanted to get one of the 4 barrel .22's also back then but they had a lot of production problems and a lot of them were sent out flawed and I think that's a major reason the company went under.

As you may know the old .38 S&W cartridge is pretty anemic but still manufactured today. Buffalo Bore recently came out with a hot .38 S&W load and I jumped on some so now it's at least worthy of carrying as a last ditch backup.

Last year I added a .22 Mag mini to the collection and hopefully one of the new 4" Sidewinders when they come out if they're allowed to sell them in Calif.

Dinadan

Gebe - that is a very fine collection of small handguns you have there! I also thought that HJS was a four shot derringer. Any chance of a photo showing the bore from either the front or back? I am not too sure I would want to shoot a hot .38 S&W load out of such a small gun from a company that had a lot of production problems. But a very cool gun. That buckle is pretty neat too!
