He does point out it is really old. He neglected to mention it was made prior to the development of the safety notch cylinder. Anyone else notice the solid wood grips as opposed to the current style rosewood?

oh my god....lol. I just watched this video, I couldn't stop laughing. You know that we're all a bunch of thugs on here. oh ya, and this gun only ranks about a 3 or 4 because it only hits the rim of the rim fire round so I'll give the gun a rank of a 7.

Older ones had a lesser striker blade . One thing I do miss with the older models they were finished MUCH BETTER , can't even get grips to match up or fit properly with these NEW models . One great feature was the finish on the old ones , smooth ,shiny ,feel good in the hand feel even the interiors were finished properly heck they will slice you open with sharp edges putting your fingers where they don't think you'll go but as usual so-called improvements ruin everything , it's one of the ORIGINAL reasons these pieces were so popular back when they started producing . Someone always has to screw with a good thing that works or too cheap to finish them the right way ,it's human nature to want to change quality products for more profit , quality goes down and the price goes up go figure . Guess I'll have to deal with it SOMEWHAT I'd buy more of these pieces if they produced them better as they once were.

I agree with Z & C - we need to encourage our young people to learn about guns, respect them, have fun with them, and never stop learning. So here is a young man trying out his luck at making it in the gun enthusiast world. Reminds me of my young days, out in the woods with Dad and older brother, fascinated with the gun of the day, and enjoying the family fun shootin' and competing; and you know most probably later telling my friends all sorts of wrong and stupid stuff about Dad's guns, and what a crack shot I was . . . .
