Prayer request

We see with an increasing frequency our friends asking for prayers for a loved one due to the Chinese virus that was unleashed on the world. Sometimes we see reports where prayers were successful, other times not so much. I am now a member of the group asking for prayers. My wife of 38 years is in the ICU at a local hospital in a medically induced coma on a ventilator. About all the medical professionals will say is she is very sick, and has a long way to go. They currently think she will be on that machine at least a week, but remain very non-committal about her prognosis. She is in God's hands. If you have a few minutes left in your prayer time, please include her in your list.

I want everyone to know how much I appreciate your thoughts and prayers. Judy has been in the hospital for a week now, and the accomplishment is she is still alive. I am told almost daily she is very sick, and has a long way to go. Were it not for the ventilator, I was told she would not have survived. Oddly, I have not heard from the doctor/hospital yet today. First time this has happened. It is a little after 9:00 PM. Perhaps the doc will call soon.
