  Jessica just saved me from suicide after Me ,of all people ,tried to change my e-mail address on here and boy did I screw things up . But alas Jessica came to the rescue and straightened the whole dang mess out . THANK YOU DARLING , be safe at the Shot Show .  ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

I lived near Houston, Pasadena, for a short while. The traffic was awful 25 years ago, probably a lot worse now. On the I-10 loop, I think it's called 210, you could walk faster sometimes. There are places where the guardrail is three feet from a building.

Keep in mind although H town is a truly great city it has no zoning laws in which it can make it a great challenge finding a right place to establish a firearm associated business. There are liquor stores next to gun stores and porno sites close to schools, amusement parks sounded by private dwellings etc. 
Hope for the best and expect something less.
You may not need it but should have it.
