My Favorite non NAA Handgun

That group was benched using only a Protektor Model Standard Front Bag at 25 yards.  I have since bought a Protektor Model Rabbit Ear Rear Bag and even a Bald Eagle BE1004 Rest with an overly expensive custom bag for it (also from Protektor) without shooting any better than just using the front bag alone. 

I really like shooting the Encore, but it's just too slow to load and reacquire the target for NRL22.  So I've ordered a Savage B22 FV-SR to shoot base class.  Spent the better part of the last 2 hours trying to locate the optics I want for it.  I went and watched some other guys shoot open class today at the local outdoor range.  I may not shoot as well as those guys, but it looks like it's going to be fun!

I lived in Ocean Springs for a while - worked at Ingalls for a short time.

my sister lives in Gulfport - Ocean Springs is a very nice little town - great seafood in Biloxi, too!

(don't gamble, so the casinos aren't a draw for me)
