Took my mini 22lr/mag to range, had to aim above target to get it to hit at 5 feet. what can I expect from NAA service?

Only the best customer service in the industry. Are you trying to sight using the sights? Don't. Try aiming across the top of the barrel as if it had no sights. At close range, this can be very effective out to 15-20 feet.

I'm not sure how the sights could be off by that much at 5 feet, or any sights for that matter. Are you shooting at something horizontally or aiming down at it, sometimes when shooting at something above or below, we can get strange results where we don't see the "sight picture" correctly, particularly with a very short sighting radius.

If there's a problem NAA will sort it out, rest assured of that, but I can't think what it could be to cause a such a drastic difference between where you are aiming and where the bullet is landing.

If you are using a standard Mini, not a Pug or BW, they do not have a rear sight. Often those not aware of this use the rear notch like a J frame revolver sight resulting in very low shot placement.

Welcome aboard. These are truly point and shoot guns and I usually shoot mine one handed. there is a thread somewhere on this forum asking people to compare their accuracy between minis and other pocket pistols. Some of the guys on that thread say they can shoot their minis as well as they shoot their other little guns.
