NUMBER OF RIFLING GOOVES IN .22 MODEL 22 LLR

i've seen lists of specs that say 8 grooves-- I swear it looks to me like only 6.  Just curious.  Very pleased with my LLR mini-revolver and DeSantis pocket holster.

You are lucky you can see the grooves . I have some that I swear are smooth bore.
