I'm very new to these forums but not new to reading them and definitely not new to owning NAA firearms. My hope is that, in the future, if someone reads this they will realize that purchasing a NAA product is worth every penny. Over the past couple of decades, I have had the pleasure of interacting with NAA customer service on multiple occasions and it has always been a great experience. Heck, over the past month or so, I have placed multiple online orders with them. Each order was shipped the next day and arrived in great condition. In fact, the last order I placed, I entered a special request in the notes section of the order and whomever filled order 0273539 should be recognized by NAA management for making my request a reality. Seriously though, I own a LOT of firearms and am always wowed by the quality of NAA products and their customer service. I own everything from LR/WMR minis to pugs to an Earl and  even a Companion which I enjoy shooting when I can find caps for it. Lots of fun and lots of thoughts of wellbeing when carrying my PUG on a daily basis!

Great post jeff30339!  The folks that work and now own NAA are some of the best in the industry for customer service and for quality products.

Other firearm manufacturers could take a lesson from them and make improvements in their process.

The quality craftsmanship and precise machining of my Pug is equal to my Colt Anaconda. Guess which one is more fun to shoot and easier to carry?  ::)
you may not need it but you should have it

I really love all my pistols but my PUG is always in my pocket. I don't pretend it's a monster gun but it gives me peace of mind that I can get off one or two shots and create distance between myself and the hostile offender.
