pocket holster w/ spare cylinder pouch?

Just purchased an NAA .22mag and I'm looking for a pocket holster with a pouch or ? for a spare cylinder.  Looking for any ideas or if anyone makes them let me know.

The Absaroka Kid is working on some cylinder options, but they aren't available yet. Maybe soon. It seems like Patriot Joe had a cylinder belt pouch, but I don't recall. Maybe he'll jump on or you can look on eBay.
