Very nice Uncle Lee. They are quite cute.

Nice Uncle Lee. I have four had 5 but traded one for a utility trailer LOL . I want the Black Jack Talo with the wood grips or a 2" sidewinder. If either of those become available put up a post ASAP lol  ;)

Uncle Lee, your collection is so cool, I can't help but think you should be wearing cotton gloves like other curators do. And keep it in a climate-controlled room.

Uncle_Lee

I get them, take pictures of them, put them in a shoebox.
Probably to never be seen again.
Well, I did see my Breaktops again. I bought the last two sets of engraved boot grips and got the Breaktops out and changed grips and took pictures.
Then back in the shoebox they went. That was about 4 years ago and haven't seen them since.
I just look at the pictures.

How does one go about getting an earlybird offer :)

boone123

heyjoe, glade to see your still here.
As for 32 minis, I would bet if they existed there would be a lot of low mileage minis out there for sale in a short time, or some, never ran.

It will be announced along with the price...
We will just have to set here and wait.
Maybe a month.
Maybe 6 months.
The whole thing might fall through.

Heyjoe,
I already bought another shoebox.
It's a big black one. (called a tote, but I call it "shoebox")

hello RogueTS1 and Boone. i hope you are both doing well.

yep, if you check the  board regularly Bigbird, you wont be able to miss the discussion on the early bird. gives you a little time to save up for it if you need to also.

Thanks guys I sometimes get lax in watching this forum. Most of my time is on the laser engraving forums. But really would like to add a couple new mini's to my collection and a ranger would be really cool. 8)

Getting older sucks. Eyes can't focus on the front sight worth a dang. Here is my solution.

Uncle_Lee

When you shoot the Mini Master, does the sight stay on it??

Uncle Lee. I have not been out to the range since the work was finished on the MM. There is no reason the sight should come loose. You can sort of see it in the picture on the desk. I had a gunsmith mill a slot in the top strap that matches the pseudo vent slots in the barrel. Without the sight, it looks pretty normal. But the sight's rail mounts clamp solidly into the slot just like mounting to a real picatinny rail. The holo sight was bore sighted but I am anxious to sight it properly. BTW, it is not a real Trijicon. It's a Chineese knock-off. Wouldn't make much sense to put a $500 signt on a $300 gun. ;) I'll let you know how it does after a real test under fire.

Uncle_Lee

Mike, let me know how it shoots. I am thinking on putting something on a .17 HMR Mini Master.

NAA007.
I am confused (normal for me) are you ordering primers or caps?

We assume he means, "CAPS".

Uncle_Lee

I was just wondering because I have seen folks go into the shop and buy primers when they wanted caps.
I was not trying to be correcting, just trying to make things clear.
Never assume when it comes to firearms.

On some of my cap & ball revolvers (navy reproductions) I have to use #10 caps or change the nipples.

lefty dude

With the Mini NAA Cap & Ball, changing out the nipples to an other type is not an option. We can replace with the same, but not a different style or Mfg.
Number 11's are the right size, # 10 Remington's have longer skirts than #11's. I am sure they might work, however the nipple was designed for the shorter skirt.

I only have the Sidewinder with the conversion I carry it always, sometimes by itself or sometimes with another firearm, I keep it loaded with Speer Gold Dots 40gr. I want to add a .32 ACP Guardian to my stable.
