Just got my first NAA mini. 22 Mag, 1 5/8 barrel with conversion cylinder. Looking for recommendations on grips and holsters.

I want bigger grips, trying to decide between the boot grips or oversized rosewood grips. Anybody have them who can give me your experience?

Also thinking about the inside the pants holster. Is retention good on it?

Grips. Look at CV Grips. http://revisioncv.com/

They offer the thin profile of the standard grips but the length of the oversized. It's a nice balance.

Holsters? I like the RKBA pocket holsters. http://www.rkbaholsters.com/pocketcarry.html

If you are looking for a carry method with strong retention, it is hard to beat inside the pocket.

I prefer the over sized rosewood grips on my Sidewinder.  Carry it in my front pocket religiously.

greg_r my first mini was the 1 5/8” with both cylinders too. It now has the folding holster grip but I also painted the back strap black to match the color of the grip. When it is closed no one would ever know it was a gun. It works perfect when it is clipped in the back pocket of my jeans.

Another Welcome there Greg_r picked a good choice . Theres a number of holster makers on here and like was said grips are personal but the larger the better with nothing wrong with NAA's selection . ;)
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

The Pug-style slip-on grip fills my hand much better because it wraps around the backstrap. It is only slightly wider than the standard wooden grips so it still fits well in my pocket. And, being rubber, it is easier to hang onto.

Welcome to a great forum!

I agree with Shovel-ready project, I like the grip that comes on the Pug. Fills your palm more than the smaller two piece grips.

It is rock solid and the rubber surface with little bumps gives a good grip. Did I really just type that? No pun intended. ;D

Also easy to remove with a little rubbing alcohol.

I may have to try the folding grip sometime.
