With a 327 you can fire 32 H&R mags 32 S&W longs and 32 s&w, although I don't have any idea why you might use the last two except to get rid of them...

Maybe you would shoot the longs and S&W if you were shooting for fun and do not like a truly loud bang ...

Some people only enjoy big bangs; others, not so much......when you're target shooting or plinking, a hole is a hole, size doesn't matter so much........

I like .32 S&W Long and even .32 S&W. But then I still like .22 LR even though we now have .22 WMR.
I like .22 Short and .22 WRF too, and usually keep some of both around.

Your right Bear but its real nice to see air under a perks feet when he or she is hit . Makes for a more realization they got hit , no ouch just thud .
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

I love shooting .22 short. It is tons of fun.

This thread has certainly taken some twists and turns along the way. Anyway, I do think it is important to shoot the ammo that you carry some, so that you are accustomed to it. Be that .357 or .327, or 22 mag. Just so you are used to the recoil and blast. However, I do most of my shooting as casual plinking out in the woods or swamp. For me, shorts and quite LR are more fun to shoot than mags, so that is what I mostly shoot.

The two rounds I have been shooting a lot of lately are .22 LR subsonic, and .454 Casull. Variety is the spice of life.
