I am pleased with my 'Early Bird Sidewinder' combo.  It is in good company with my 'Breaktop' (Ranger) and 6" Hogleg.  But, it looks good alongside the TALO King and Queen of Hearts as well as the TALO Black Jack.  Love those NAA minis..........

What's next, Sandy?  Don't keep us waiting too long.

I'm just glad to see the charge on my credit card........FINALLY!  Now, how long before my FFL dealer receives the Sidewinder?  Maybe next week?  Hope so.

FINALLY!  Just got notice that my credit card has been charged for the Sidewinder.  Life is good.

Easy move.  Thanks for the email.

I just purchased a couple of NAA minis during the past week.......the King and Queen of Hearts.  Nice little display cases too.  The Queen's SN is pretty close to the 500 cut off.  The King's SN is single digit.

Lower serial numbers are desirable.  I have a NAA TALO 'King of Hearts' with a rather low serial number.  Only 500 were made.

I had to wait 9 months for my 2001 PT Cruiser. It was worth it. What it burned into my soul was..........ANTICIPATION.

I can wait on the Sidewinder.  So, where's the humor factor?  Considering the delay time......the term 'earlybird' seems to be somewhat of a misnomer.  Oh, well............

It worked fine for me, Sandy.  I noticed the "https" instead of the regular "http" in the URL.  I'll bet most of the folks did too.  But, thanks for updating the credit card / check info.  By the way, how long before the first SWEB is sent out?

Yes.  It will be interesting to see who gets the first serial number.  Not that it's everything....but, it's noteworthy as a collector piece.  I was lucky to get a super low SN when I purchased my NAA King of Hearts TALO.  Got number 3.

Whew!  New York seems to be rough on legal firearm ownership.  Glad I live in Texas where a resident can go handgun shopping and buy as many at one time as they can afford.

Hey, Ephraim.  I've got BT00141.  I'm your next number neighbor.  Maybe the numbers started off with BT00100.  Anyone know for sure?  The BT001 previously seen was obviously the prototype.  Either way, I'm extremely happy at my BT's arrival.

If the smart guy was REALLY smart he would have just 'swiped' his debit card across the forehead of the deceased and then taken the cash.  No point in leaving a paper trail.

When asked what people say as they passed by a casket for the last time, the most common remark was "Doesn't he look nice?"  Yet, one respondent said personally they would like to hear any of his friends comment "HEY!  I saw him move!"

Some coffins have a little drawer.....glove box if you will......built into the lids.  It's a little place for a small Bible and the NAA breaktop.  God and guns....the two things that so many liberals fear most.  But, I digress.  C'mon Tuesday!!

I received a shipping update from NAA through a UPS email tracking notification that my BT should arrive at my FFL on Tuesday.  But, at least it IS in route.
#18
Yep.  My CC was charged too.  Giving it the weekend for travel time.  Should be in hand Monday or Tuesday.

I believe my dealer received the KoH through Davidson's Inc. of Prescott, AZ.  It is a TALO.

@ stungun  Why would someone want a 'discontinued' holster grip?  Personal preference. I've got one of the 'discontinued' holster grips.  And, it's fine as wine.  I think it looks more like a folding knife in my pocket than the newer variety holster grip.  But, that's just my humble honest opinion.

The Cheaper Than Dirt site shows the holster grip variety you seek.  $33.60 price.  /////  http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/51209-1.html">http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/51209-1.html

You'll love the 'Slim'.  The double strike capability is there if you need it.  And, the pistol is so thin it makes rear jean pocket carry a dream.  I have a blued as well as a stainless.  I haven't been able to locate a titanium version.

The BT is a complex and collectible revolver designed and built with a watchmaker's skill.  One will not find a Rolex for the same price as a Timex either.  Just saying..........

How many top-breaks being shipped out in the trial run?  The rumor is 500.

Back in junior high school the health director (head nurse of the school district) had a sign hanging above her desk.  It read "TODAY is the TOMORROW you worried about YESTERDAY".  Such is the motto for daily living and dealing with growing older.

I own a Ruger KSP-321XEN TALO Premier stainless edition.  It is the basic Ruger workhorse in .357 snubby with fancy engraving and special rubber grips plus wooden insert panels.

Anticipation is good.  It makes arrival that much sweeter.  It was just about 10 years ago that I went through a similar anticipation for my pre-ordered 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser.  It was worth the wait then.  I'm sure it's worth the wait now!

It appears the shipping date of the first of the 'test gun run' will be delayed until late October or early November.  It's worth the wait and the $450 price.
